By using this website and/or booking services through Charlotte’s Canines, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms establish a legal relationship between you (“the client”) and Charlotte’s Canines (“the business,” “we,” or “us”), and are designed to ensure clear expectations for both parties.

1. Services
Charlotte’s Canines provides dog walking and drop-in services tailored to the needs of your dog(s). Services include:

  • Solo or group walks

  • Drop-in visits for feeding, companionship, or bathroom breaks

All services are provided by Charlotte, the business owner, with care, safety, and your dog’s wellbeing as a priority.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made via the website or agreed communication channels.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are clearly stated on the website and may change with prior notice.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a booked walk or visit with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If Charlotte’s Canines needs to cancel a service, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their dog(s), including health, behaviour, vaccination status, and any special requirements. Clients agree to:

  • Inform Charlotte of any changes in health or behaviour prior to a walk or visit

  • Ensure dogs are safe, contained, and ready for service

  • Take responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their dog that is not due to negligence on Charlotte’s Canines’ part

5. Liability

  • Charlotte’s Canines takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog.

  • Clients acknowledge that dog walking and care involves inherent risks, and Charlotte’s Canines cannot be held liable for injury, illness, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

  • Clients must have valid insurance for their dog where required and agree to indemnify Charlotte’s Canines against claims arising from their dog’s actions.

6. Website Use

  • By using this website, you agree to provide accurate personal information and to use the site lawfully.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt services, or access restricted areas without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, logos, and text are the property of Charlotte’s Canines and may not be used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Charlotte’s Canines may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
