Refund Policy

At Charlotte’s Canines, I aim to provide reliable and caring dog walking and drop-in services. I understand that plans can change, and I want to make the refund process simple and fair.

• Cancellations by Clients: You may cancel a booked walk or drop-in visit with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations by Charlotte’s Canines: In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

This policy ensures fairness for both you and your dog while maintaining the reliability of my services.
